Lowa Renegade GTX Mid double injection

The bonding between the upper and the outsole is achieved by placing the two components in a mold, which is
then filled with a double injection of polyurethane. In this way, the components are permanently welded to each
other, plus the double-layer footbed ensures perfect cushioning, reducing fatigue when walking. The outsole used
is the Vibram Evo, made with a special rubber compound that offers effective grip on any type of terrain. The heel
profile is optimized for correct downhill braking, while the front is equipped with a toecap that protects the upper
and the foot. The insole is designed to increase comfort and thermal insulation and is characterized by a three-layer
structure: felt, breathable mesh fabric and, finally, Memolatex, a soft latex foam.

The midsole is equipped with the Lowa
Monowrap system, a particular three-dimensional
rigid frame, which optimally wraps the foot,
keeping it still while walking. The
frame is made of polyurethane,
which is extremely light
and shock absorbing.
The cut of the boot in the
upper part improves the
movements of the foot,
while providing correct
support for the ankle. The
maximum height of the
boot is 18.5 centimeters,
which drop to 14.5 at the
rear. The highest part of
the upper is made of
Cordura, with padding
