1:10 twist (these last two data refer to the protagonist of our test, chambered in .30-06. They can vary for other

In Benelli’s factory, the barrel is subjected to further decisive treatments, starting with the Crio system. It is a
cryogenic treatment, which Benelli has been successfully applying to smooth bores for years, that allows the
barrel to absorb vibrations uniformly and guarantees superior resistance to wear. The BE.S.T. (Benelli surface
treatment) treatment applied to the steel parts (barrel, bolt, bolt handle and action) is evident: in addition to
giving the rifle an intense and glossy black color, this treatment also plays an important role in protecting
against scratches and wear.
